Service Area and Scope
Services are provided within North Carolina. If your property falls outside the current service area, we will let you know before scheduling. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to perform work in jurisdictions where the company is not licensed to operate.
Every job is different. The information on this site — including service descriptions, process overviews, and general timelines — is educational. It is not a guarantee that any specific outcome will be achieved on your property. Actual scope, timeline, and cost depend on conditions found during the on-site assessment.
Estimates and Work Authorization
An estimate is a good-faith projection based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. It is not a binding contract. Work does not begin until you have reviewed and signed a written work-authorization form. That signed document — not this website, not a verbal conversation, not an email exchange — governs the actual service relationship, including scope of work, pricing, and payment terms.
If hidden damage is discovered once work is underway (as often happens with water intrusion or fire-affected structural cavities), a supplemental authorization will be presented before that additional scope proceeds.
Payment Terms and Accepted Methods
Payment terms, accepted methods, and any deposit requirements are stated on your work-authorization form. In general, payment is due upon completion of the agreed scope unless a payment schedule is specified in writing. We reserve the right to pause or suspend work if agreed payment milestones are not met.
Insurance Coordination
We work alongside many major insurance carriers and can document losses, photograph affected materials, and communicate directly with your adjuster — but only with your explicit written authorization. We do not guarantee coverage decisions; those are made solely by your carrier. You remain responsible for any portion of the invoice not covered by your policy, including deductibles.
Liability
The company operates as a licensed contractor under North Carolina state regulations. Liability is limited to the direct, documented cost of correcting work that fails to meet the standards described in the signed work-authorization form. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by events outside our control, or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined under NC law.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the preferred first step is a direct conversation — call (919) 906-5473 or put your concern in writing to gogreenrestorationofnc@gmail.com. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, with venue in Johnston or Wake County as appropriate.

These terms may be updated periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Contact and job records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, legal, and insurance documentation purposes — typically a minimum of five years following project completion.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, or request deletion where retention is not required by law or contract.
